    We all know what it's like to experience feelings of fear, doubt, worry, anxiety and anger that can sometimes get the best of us.  

    It can be even harder for kids to sort out these kinds of feelings and to know how to process them.  

    In this session you will learn a simple and effective technique that you can practice anywhere and easily teach to your kids to help yourself and your kids to navigate these strong emotions and downregulate the nervous system.    

    Based on the combined principles of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology.  

    Tapping, also known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), is a self-soothing technique that has been proven to effectively resolve a range of challenges. 

    Join us to learn what Tapping is, the benefits of using Tapping techniques for parents and children and how to easily integrate Tapping into your everyday life in order to support yourself and your kids to process strong emotions, ease discomfort and to move towards a sense of calm.   

    You will be introduced to the valuable resources that are available to you as well as get to try tapping for yourself as Jessica demonstrates this simple yet oh so effective technique.
